Behind you, the box corridor is complete darkness. Before you, a steel smooth sliding door.
A door that has the shredded remnants of red tape draped around and across it.
Tape on which you can just make out the word ‘QUARANTINE’, over and over, in bold black text.
That door is slowly, awkwardly, shifting open.
As you grip the rusty pitted tire-iron you hold, you realise three things.
It is pin drop silent.
Your bandaged hand hurts from the pressure on the metal.
It isn’t going to be enough ….”
When I say, ‘LIKE YOU’, in the title, it’s exactly that!
Forget the skilled, heroic extensions of your personality that you have been before.
This time it IS YOU!
Mark the date in your diary.
ALL you need, is your name and list of what you can do. The skills you have acquired and if you run marathons for fun.
You may be surprised just how effective you can be.....
