(7 months ago) I've been threatening to start a club Descent campaign for a while now, and I think it's about time I did so. Let's say the first session on the 21st, with subsequent sessions every second or third week. Who'd be interested? Five people needed; I'd be happy to play the overlord, or someone else can if they're eager to do so. And, would people prefer a Road to Legend or a Sea of Blood campaign? |

I'll happily adventure (assuming the D&D Campaign is okay with my occasional absence?) :-) |

By that time, I would assume that the D&D campaign is more or less come to an end. Gary mentioned that he has 2-3 more sessions planned before theres a natural break I think. Im actually quite interested in decent. Have tried it once, and it seems to be the tactical aspect of D&D without all the roleplaying stuff attached? Also I dont think I will be running the eberon campaign as I feel the club needs a D&D break :) |

very tempted, and Sea of Blood looks fun. Count me in! Will you be using the character generation rules? Correction: I'm not going to make it to club again this week, too much work. Bah! |

The "build your own hero" stuff? I'd say not; I don't think anyone here's played enough Descent to be completely fed up with the stock characters. Correct me if I'm wrong. |

I'm happy using the pre-designed characters as long as we have a reasonable choice of which pre-designed character we get to play... week after week stuck with one I don't like won't be fun. |

I'm already involved in a RTL campaign so probably not for me. |

Looks like there are lots of people interested (people who have posted here, also David and Kara). I am happy to drop out if there are too many. |

Well, see who actually shows up on Thursday and looks interested before dropping out :-) |

Graham Charlton (7 months ago)
Yeah that wasn't me actually dropping out - just giving notice of my availability for drop-out-age. |

seeing as the decent is planned for every second week, if I am going to run Eberon I can jsut do it the other weeks of when we are playing decent :) |

Every third week, as Graham says, would be better. More or less, anyway; we can always make accomodations as necessary. |

A good, fun first week....all set up and only the one death due to us not quite remembering how the rules worked :-) |

I'm interested if it's every 3rd week, ever 2nd week will cut into my "new stuff" too much.
Like the sound of Sea of Blood best. Sploooosh!
